Territory Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

  • To ensure sales growth in the assigned area through reaching sales KPI’s and executing unit sales strategy in the field;

  • To drive excellent field sales execution in SPT channel in the assigned area through raising customer engagement;

  • To educate market SPT in the assigned area;

  • To ensure product sales, market share, brand awareness and customer’s loyalty are constantly

    growing in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the SPT&VET channel volume and NSV targets in the assigned area in line with the KPIs set by the line manager;

  • Support new product launches through delivering trainings in the assigned area;

  • Drive customer engagement in the assigned area;

  • Develop recommendations for the partners on effective management of product delivery and merchandizing processes, assortment management, customer service, and ensure effective implementation of these recommendations;

  • Drive promo activities in SPT&VET channel;

  • Drive the process of POS materials and equipment installation in SPT&VET channel;

  • Ensure products and merchandizing materials are appropriately stored at the warehouse of the partners;

  • Conduct negotiations with current and potential customers to identify opportunities for starting or expanding collaboration; ensure customer focus is respected in line with company standards;

  • Identify new customer opportunities and share the vision on further sales growth in the assigned area with the line manager on regular basis;

  • Monitor competitor activity in the field and submit regular updates to the line manger as appropriate;

  • Ensure excellence in field sales execution through quality collaboration with the customers;

  • Determine field sales system improvements and implement change when required.

Requirements:

  • MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • University Degree;

  • Kazakh and/or Russian – native speaker level, English – intermediate level;

  • Experience in Field Sales execution over 2 years;

  • Experience in leading negotiations.
