Branch office director

Responsibilities:

  • Preparatory work for opening a branch, regular interaction with the head office, preparation, and receipt of documentation for doing business in Kazakhstan.
  • Drawing up the economics of the project for opening a branch, office rent, accreditation, hiring employees, and organization of warehouses.
  • Management of logistics processes (import, customs clearance, marking, warehouse, claims).
  • Organization of sales channels, hiring, development, and management of the branchs sales team. Development of a strategy and sales plan for the companys services (including competitor analysis, search for growth points for the companys sales system, sales forecasting, and management of their effectiveness).
  • Work with key clients in the country in the field of sales of medical devices.
  • Participation in the selection, admission, management, and certification of personnel for work in country.
  • Ensuring the profitability and profitability of the branch, financial reporting, planning, and budgeting activities.
  • Participation in specialized events, and medical exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of medical equipment or medical devices (at least 5 years)
  • Higher medical education
  • Managerial skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Knowledge about IVD Market

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
