Brand Manager

  • Build consumer and customer relevance via multiple activations at maximum reach points
  • Manage delivery of Hair category activity calendars against aligned set of KPIs, initiative corrective actions if needed
  • Oversee and recommend Hair category portfolio pricing strategy
  • Identify & capture market, competitors and consumer insights that provide foundation for marketing strategy and channel management. Lead and monitor the execution of the necessary market research
  • Ensure translation of Brand Compasses into brand activities that tell the consistent, engaging brand story and build distinctive brand assets
  •  Ensure excellence of brand activities execution via effective cross-functional cooperation



  • Degree in Economics/ Marketing
  • Russian/English at advanced level;
  • Expert user of MS Office;
  • Continuous data experience (i.e. Nielsen, GFK, PowerBI)
  • 4-5+ experience in FMCG consumer/brand marketing
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights
  • Solid experience in creative and design development, portfolio management
