Senior Operations Coordinator

Обязанности:

Freight Coordination & Shipment Management;
Documentation & Compliance;
Customer Service & Client Relations;
Problem-Solving & Risk Management;
Coordination with Internal Teams.

Требования:

Minimum 5 years of business experience in a global business network;
Minimum 5 year of similar role experience in a global freight forwarding network;
Bachelor's or higher degree;
Minimum B2 English level;
Profeciency in freight management software and Microsoft Office;
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Effective communication and customer service skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently;
Familiarity with hazardous materials shipping and compliance.
Holding FIATA and/or IATA certification
