In 2002, Nadezhda Oskina joined Manpower team as a Senior Financial Consultant. In 2007 she was appointed as Financial Director and as General Manager in 2022. The latest technologies and accounting and auditing procedures have been implemented under her direct supervision.
Prior to joining Manpower Nadezhda held the position of accountant in one of the leading Russian companies, and was a senior financial consultant for Ernst & Young company, where she successfully managed the projects of "Transaero" company.
Nadezhda graduated from the Russian Financial and Economic Institute with degree in "Accounting and Audit". She has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), issued by the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also she has two CIMA diplomas (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) of Institute of Certified Specialists in management accounting.
In 2009, Nadezhda was recognized as the best employee of the year in the Russia and the CIS region.
